Prep 101

There is so much happening in the world right now and we believe that there are necessary norms that should be top priorities. We base this information off of facts and science….not conspiracy theory.

1. Buy quality food in bulk. Get your loved ones to each buy something different weekly.

2. ***START SMALL*** Get heirloom seeds and plant them according to the season in your home. (Contact me if you need seeds, we sell starter packages).

3. Buy silver or gold in small denominations (i.e. ounces, coins)

4. Have a generator (solar preferred). At least 3000 watts to power small appliances

7. Journal of important phone numbers and passwords written down.
