I’ve been pretty active my entire life having grown up playing sports and as a tap dancer for the past fifteen years. When I was diagnosed, it dawned on me that I stopped dancing and being as active but I DIDN’T STOP EATING…. I was out of balance and since I’d always burned the sugar, my imbalance of bad eating never caught up to me. I also realized that I ate more processed food over the years because I’d been in a pattern.
In this episode, I reveal my strategy for exercise and burning the sugar. Surprisingly, I still can and do eat pretty much everything I want, but I removed fast food and added some key ingredients with exercise to bring my body back into balance. The small adjustments I made changed my life and I believe they will do the same for you.
